Hakes Brothers Launches New Home Community in East El Paso

Leading homebuilder announces the opening of Summer Sky in the Mission Ridge master-planned community

El Paso, Texas – Hakes Brothers has announced the release of homes for sale in Summer Sky, its latest new home community in the El Paso market. As part of the Mission Ridge master-planned community, Summer Sky will give residents convenient access to parks and trails as well as shopping, employment, and top-rated public schools.

“Summer Sky provides first-time homebuyers an opportunity to purchase a high-quality home without sacrificing design and personalization,”  said Dan Nielsen,  Rio Grande Division President for Hakes Brothers. “Families and individuals can take advantage of all this area has to offer, from movie theaters and Eastlake Marketplace to the new Amazon fulfillment center.”

Residents at Summer Sky will especially appreciate the location within walking distance to Sue Shook Elementary School along with the community’s convenient access to biking and walking trails along scenic, preserved landscapes.  Summer Sky is the latest addition to Mission Ridge, following in the footsteps of sold-out communities from Hakes Brothers that include The Paseos, Morningside, Emerald Park Estates, and Peyton Estates (Release 1 and 2).

Homes for Sale at Summer Sky

Starting from the $220s, Summer Sky will feature 24 single-family homes on a choice of homesites, to be released in planned segments. Hakes Brothers will offer six home designs ranging from 1,630- 2,675 square feet, including two popular floor plans from the San Antonio market. The unique product offering features a five-bedroom, single-story plan (with guest suite option) as well as a two-story home with a first floor master bedroom and bath. Each home at Summer Sky will include large, open-concept living spaces, 9- to 10-foot ceilings, hand-troweled interior finishes, and options such as gourmet kitchens, 3-panel stacking doors, outdoor living areas, and much more.
